Welcome to Muswell Hill Piano Teachers

Hi, I’m Daisy Dicker, and I founded Muswell Hill Piano Teachers in 2012 to make finding a great piano teacher easy — whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to piano after a break, or looking for advanced coaching in a specific style.

We offer high-quality, one-to-one lessons tailored to your needs, whether you’re interested in classical, jazz, pop, composition, or preparing for graded exams. We also provide support with music theory, GCSE, and A-Level music preparation.

Expert Teachers, Handpicked for You

When I first started, I worked with just two teachers offering lessons in Muswell Hill. Today, we’ve grown to a trusted network of professional piano teachers covering much of North and parts of Central London — including areas like East Finchley, North Finchley, Crouch End, Highgate, Finsbury Park, Kentish Town, Islington, and Camden.

Every teacher who joins us is:

I personally meet with each new teacher to understand their teaching style and personality, so I can match students with the teacher that’s right for them.

A Supportive, Musical Community

Since the beginning, it’s been important to me that our teachers genuinely love teaching and have chosen it as their career. Many of the teachers who joined in our early days are still with us today — a testament to the supportive, collaborative environment we’ve built.

We also host two informal concerts each year — usually in spring and autumn — giving students a chance to perform, share their progress, and build confidence in a relaxed and friendly setting.
